Hours: Various (20-30 per week), 36 weeks per year (term time only) Average week: 9-3:30/4:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary: 20 hours per week, term time = £10,304 per annum

Salary: 25 hours per week, term time = £12,881 per annum

Salary: 30 hours per week, term time = £15,457 per annum

Our LSAs provide in-class support to students with identified learning needs. In this role you can expect to build a close working relationship with a set of students acting as a reader, scribe or encouraging progress. You will be given appropriate support strategies for working with students to maximise their learning opportunities. Alongside the classroom support you will provide, there will also be an administration aspect to your role in order to record and maintain student learning records and contribute to regular team meetings and student reviews. Working with such a department, we can also offer many professional development and training opportunities. In this role you will need to have experience in SEN.

This role will be starting September 2025.
