Job summary

Teach360 is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a SEN School in Harrow. This full-time, long-term role offers an immediate start and requires prior experience with ASD and Challenging Behaviour.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to support learners, using effective behaviour management and a hands-on approach to help students progress. Experience with Challenging Behaviour and ASD is desirable; Team Teach training is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with ASD and Challenging Behaviour.
• Ability to manage behaviours effectively in a school setting.
• Comfortable working 1:1 and in small groups.
