Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is helping a friendly primary school in Stowmarket recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming team.

You’ll support children in the classroom, one-to-one and in small groups, helping them build confidence, independence and a love of learning. You will work alongside fantastic teachers to create engaging lessons and positive experiences, celebrating small wins and staying calm and encouraging when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in schools or other settings.
  • Kind, reliable, and encouraging.
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt to changes in the day.
  • Believes every child deserves to shine.
  • SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
