  4. Using resources (e.g., visual aids, tech tools) to help students understand and actively participate in lessons.

We’re looking for someone who:

  1. Has a positive, can-do attitude and a deep passion for supporting SEND students.
  2. Loves working collaboratively and enjoys being part of a dynamic team of teachers and support staff.
  3. Can quickly adapt and respond to the needs of students in the classroom.
  4. Has previous SEND experience and a solid understanding of how to support diverse learning needs.
  5. Holds a valid DBS and is ready to start making an impact right away!
