Brookfields Specialist Education School requires a creative and hard-working person to join us as a Learning Support Assistant. You will work with the class teacher in providing an enabling and engaging educational experience for our pupils, who have a range of physical and learning needs. You will be required to help plan and develop resources to support pupil engagement and attainment to help provide a fulfilling and stimulating environment and be able to lead the class in the teacher's absence.

Experience of working with SEN pupils in a group or 1:1 setting is essential, experience of dealing with medical conditions such as epilepsy would be advantageous – but full ongoing training will be provided. You will need to be willing to work both indoors and out throughout the year, participate in physical activities and provide personal care.
