The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Assistant Headteacher of SEND within a well-established inclusion team. Resources and support strategies are excellent and continue to develop, reflecting the strengths and passions of our staff.

The school minimizes distractions for staff, with limited duties, minimal meetings, and calm, purposeful classes. Our students are eager to succeed and receive high-quality pastoral care. Our team of 17 professionals coordinates our support services, providing strong in-school support, especially important when external services are hard to access.
