Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

The Orme Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about providing the very best SEND provision. You will believe that all young people, regardless of starting point or need, should have access to the right education for them and that their needs are well met. Key Aspects of the Role:

1. Build relationships with students and provide necessary support to raise attainment for all learners with SEND.
2. Support individual or groups of children with their work in the classroom.
3. Support individuals or groups of children with additional interventions outside of the classroom (e.g., reading interventions).

Additional Information:

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 Inset Days.
