Sun Academy Bradwell is looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our primary academy on a fixed-term contract until July 2027. The role is 31.5 hours per week during 39 weeks of the year, term-time only, with an actual salary in the advertised range.
The successful candidate will work with pupils to support learning, assist in small groups and in whole-class activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school community.

We are looking for a positive and committed individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, has a pro-active approach and the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to relate well to visitors, staff, and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and children, understand child development and the ways in which children learn, and experience in assisting children on an individual basis, in small groups and whole class work.
