Make a Difference – Learning Support Assistants Needed in Marlow!

If you’re ready to make a real impact, Supply Desk are looking for Learning Support Assistants to support students on both a general and 1:1 basis at several brilliant Secondary schools across Marlow.

• Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Starting from £13 per hour
• Contract Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential skills.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to track progress and tailor support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Previous experience in education or special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
