A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Putney is seeking a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) across the school.

The Role

• Supporting individual pupils with additional needs (including autism, speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges)
• Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
• Helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and meet their individual targets
• Assisting with classroom tasks, resources, and behaviour management
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support
