This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate looking to build a foundation in special educational needs, educational care, or therapeutic disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
  • Implement and adapt personalised learning strategies
  • Support with communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation plans
  • Work alongside SENCOs, class teachers, and external professionals (e.g., SaLTs and EPs)
  • Track student progress and contribute to review meetings and support plans

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (minimum 2:1 preferred)
  • Genuine interest in SEN, mental health, and child development
  • Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid) is advantageous
  • Commitment to working full-time for the academic year

What’s on Offer:

  • Full-time, paid experience in a vibrant and inclusive London school
  • Ideal preparation for Master’s applications in Educational Psychology or SaLT
  • A supportive team committed to developing future professionals
  • Access to in-house training on SEN practices and child safeguarding
