Job summary

The Sigma Trust is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students with various SEND needs overcome barriers to learning. You will support numeracy, literacy, IT use in lessons and contribute to a calm, aspirational classroom culture.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will support individuals or small groups and help SEN students develop independent study skills, while upholding high expectations for achievement and behaviour.

Responsibilities
