Kirk Hallam Community Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting students with additional needs, helping their physical, emotional and educational development in a supportive Learning Support facility or within classrooms.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic team, receive induction and CPD opportunities, and benefit from Nova Perks. The academy is committed to safeguarding and the post requires an enhanced DBS check.

Contract: Permanent, part time (32.5 hours), term time only

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kirk Hallam Community Academy. You will be joining us at an exciting and pivotal time in our journey of improvement.

The LSA team supports students’ learning and behaviour on an individual or small group basis within our Learning Support facility or in the classroom.

The ideal applicant has experience of providing support to young people with additional needs, working with them effectively to facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.
