Job summary

Hitchin Girls' School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to assist in the support and integration of students with additional needs. The role is 32.5 hours per week on a 1-year fixed term contract, starting September 2026.

Job description

Role: Learning Support Assistant

Salary/Grade: H3 (pro rata - pay award pending)

Contract Type: 1 year fixed term

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Start date: September 2026

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to assist in the support and integration of students with additional needs. You will have a passion for working with young people and be able to foster appropriate, effective relationships with students.
