It is an exciting time to join Harlow Fields as we are looking to expand our experienced Learning Support Team. If you are interested in becoming an LSA at a Special Needs School and helping support the education of our young learners, we want to hear from you.

Employment Type: Full-time (This is a term-time only position with operating hours from 8:50 am to 3:40 pm, finishing at 4:10 pm on one day. Please only apply if you can accommodate these working hours).

Hours / Weeks: 30.50 hours per week - 39 weeks per year.

Interview Date: Interviews will be ongoing until we fully recruit the appropriate level of LSAs required. We aim to respond to applications within one week of receipt.

Job Description

Harlow Fields is a successful special school & college providing education for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties.

Our ideal candidate will work well as part of a team, be patient, tolerant, understanding, and most importantly, enjoy working with children. This is a school for children with special needs, and some children display challenging behaviour. A full training programme will be provided, and continuous development is encouraged.
