Job description

Job Type: Teaching Assistant
Location: Harlow

Empowering Learning is working with a highly successful school located in Harlow. The school is seeking an efficient, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to support pupils. Previous experience working with teachers and supporting students is desirable but not essential. A high standard of literacy and numeracy is required, along with enthusiasm to help raise student achievement.

What we need from you:
  1. Set a good example in dress, punctuality, and attendance.
  2. Promote the welfare of children and support the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
  3. Support students with their behaviour plans and strategies.
  4. Be proactive regarding Health and Safety.
  5. Communicate effectively with the Senior Leadership Team and staff.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate student records promptly. Use initiative and creativity to solve problems.
