Job summary

The Harleston Sancroft Academy in England is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our Secondary Phase, supporting students across all areas of school life. This permanent, part-time role (6.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week) starts September 2026; you will partner with teachers to enable inclusive learning, celebrate every milestone, and help unlock each child’s potential.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed; the successful candidate will be subject to safeguarding

The Role

You will play a vital collaborative role in our Secondary Phase, championing inclusive learning and helping students unlock a love for discovery. We are a growing school with exciting opportunities ahead, and we want a dedicated practitioner who can partner with teachers to ensure every voice is heard and every individual milestone is celebrated. Hours of work, 6.5 hours per week (Friday's 08:30-15:30).
