Role of a Learning Support Assistant

• As a Learning Support Assistant, work 1:1 with pupils with SEND, including autism and ADHD, across KS1 and KS2.
• Support small group sessions to enhance focus and understanding in core subjects.
• Collaborate with class teachers to tailor lesson plans that meet each pupil's individual needs.
