Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants are currently assisting a leading FE provider in London to recruit multiple Learning Support Assistants on a temporary basis. You will support learners with SEN, enable access to learning, and work one-to-one or in small groups, fostering independence and growth.

We are looking for compassionate individuals with strong literacy, numeracy and safeguarding knowledge. DBS clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this position.
• Experience in school, college or FE setting is advantageous.

Learning Support Assistant Multiple Positions available

The Role

Our client, a leading further education provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting young people and adults with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, helping them access learning programmes, develop essential life and study skills, and achieve positive educational outcomes. Working on a one-to-one basis and with small groups, you will encourage independence, engagement and personal development while providing tailored support aligned to individual learning needs and EHCPs.

You may also be required to assist learners with personal care and mobility where appropriate, ensuring dignity and individual preferences are always respected.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to learners with SEN and disabilities

• Experience within a school, college or FE setting desirable
• Comfortable supporting personal care and mobility needs
