Job summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will:
  • Understand specific learning needs and styles to differentiate support to pupils
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook, and provide support to students in using these tools
  • Plan effectively to enable multi-tasking
  • Have a desire to help all pupils succeed
  • Show compassion towards the needs of the pupils
  • Communicate verbally with children and adults clearly and sensitively
  • Work effectively with a range of colleagues

The successful candidate will become part of an oversubscribed, flourishing school for girls aged 11 to 18, with confident, courteous, articulate students and an ethos of empowerment.
