Working hours:

33.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday (timings of the day to be discussed at interview)

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our SEND department.

You will work closely with the SENDCO and SEND team to ensure our students have a positive learning experience and receive support to achieve their best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on interventions implemented by the SENDCO
• Support young adults with their learning
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding for students with additional needs
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Support classroom learning activities
• Take active responsibility for improving standards of behavior and attitudes to learning
• Act as a positive and proactive role model, inspiring others through exemplary practice
