Job description

We are currently working with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated establishment, with many different sites. They take pride in ensuring each child's individual needs are met and catered to, by employing reliable staff members and expanding their resources consistently.

Position Details

1. Type: Full-time role starting in July 2025, continuing into the new academic year.
2. Schedule: 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
3. Location: Various sites of the establishment.
4. Classroom assignment: A classroom with 6-8 pupils.
5. Responsibilities: Working on a 1:1 or small group basis with children with special needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a UK-based child-related or support role within the last 3 years is essential.
• An optimistic and passionate approach to working with children and young adults with special needs.
• Experience in support or sports coaching roles is highly preferred but not essential.
