Job summary

St Peter’s CofE Primary School in Whetstone, part of Embrace Multi Academy Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant from September 2026 for one academic year. You will work with pupils with special educational needs, supporting learning, safeguarding wellbeing and fostering a caring, inclusive ethos.

As part of a close school community, you will collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging activities and promote confidence, resilience and curiosity in every child.

Job description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team from September 2026. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, providing support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your commitment and enthusiasm will play a crucial part in fostering a positive learning experience. This is a temporary position for one academic year, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our school’s mission and make a meaningful impact within our community.
