Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs at a school in Louth, Lincolnshire. Working hours are 08:30 to 15:30, full-time, on a temp-to-perm basis starting after October half-term 2026.

You will support 1:1 or small groups of students with a range of learning difficulties. The role requires high resilience; energetic individuals with experience of working with children with SEND/SEMH are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND/SEMH.
• Must have a passion for education.
• Role requires high level of resilience and energy, with experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.
