Pattison School in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our caring, inclusive team. You will support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, dyslexia and ADHD, in classroom and one-to-one settings.
The role is full-time and fixed-term until the end of the academic year, with September start. You will work closely with teachers and SENDCO, contributing to individual plans and promoting learning, confidence and social development.

Salary: Between £20,000 - £22,000 per Annum
Hours: Full Time (Five Days per Week)

Our ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our staff to provide the very best support within the classroom environment, small group situations and on a one-to-one basis. Staff will work alongside teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
