Job summary

Ernesford Grange Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support individuals or groups of pupils under the guidance of teaching staff.

You will assist in delivering learning activities, support SEN students, and help maintain a positive learning environment during term-time, Monday to Friday with specific school day hours. This role offers opportunities for professional training and development within the school.

Job overview

Under the instruction/guidance of teacher or Assistant Head Teacher - Inclusion and within the overall ethos of the Academy, undertake care and learning programmes and activities to support individuals or groups of pupils, including more specific support for those with SEN, enable access to learning for students and assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom.

Working hours

Monday - 8:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm Term time only plus 5 days
