Join our dedicated team within the Meadows Pathway, a specialist provision designed to provide an inclusive and nurturing educational experience for pupils with additional needs within a mainstream school setting. The Meadows Pathway offers highly personalised learning, benefiting from smaller class sizes, enhanced adult support, and tailored approaches that enable every child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Pupils are included within the wider school community and enjoy access to whole-school activities, social opportunities, and extracurricular experiences.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to work under the direction of the Pathway Teacher and SENDCo, supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children with additional needs access education, achieve their potential, and participate fully in school life.
