Job summary

Meadows First School Pathway in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join its dedicated team. You will work under the direction of the Pathway Teacher and SENDCo to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and participate in school life.

The role focuses on developing learning and wellbeing through personalised support, small-group and 1:1 help, and promoting inclusive practices across the Meadows Pathway within a mainstream setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Ability to contribute to an inclusive classroom that supports social, emotional and academic development.

The Meadows Pathway offers highly personalised learning, benefiting from smaller class sizes, enhanced adult support, and tailored approaches that enable every child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Pupils are included within the wider school community and enjoy access to whole-school activities, social opportunities, and extracurricular experiences.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to work under the direction of the Pathway Teacher and SENDCo, supporting the development,learning, and wellbeing of pupils. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children with additional needs access education, achieve their potential, and participate fully in school life.
