Job summary

Bridge Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for Chipping Ongar Primary School. This role involves supporting pupils in everyday learning and development, working closely with class teachers to encourage engagement and positive progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary-age children and a genuine interest in helping pupils with additional needs reach their potential, within a friendly, supportive school environment.
