Job summary

Chipping Ongar Primary School is opening a new enhanced provision for children with severe learning difficulties in Maple Classroom. We would like to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to be part of this new and vital team, committed to making a difference and improving pupil engagement and communication for children who may find this challenging.

Appointments will be subject to DBS clearance and satisfactory references. If successful, an enhanced DBS check would be sought.

Qualifications

• Experience working across the primary range and with children with additional needs.

We are opening a new enhanced provision for childrenwith severe learning difficulties in our MapleClassroom. We would like to recruit a Learning SupportAssistant to be part of this new and vital team. You will need to becommitted to making a difference and have the enthusiasm to improve pupilengagement and communication for children who may find thischallenging.

We arelooking for a candidate who has:

• Theexperience and enthusiasm to work as part of a team in a supportiveenvironment as a Learning Support Assistant for SLDpupils.
• Experienceworking across the primary range and experience of working with childrenwith additional needs.
• Have aninterest in working with children and making a difference.
