Job summary

Richard De Clare Community Academy in Halstead, Essex, is seeking two Learning Support Assistants for 27.5 hours per week, term-time only, permanent positions. You will support pupils with learning and development, helping them make good progress from their starting points.

The role requires a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practices. We offer strong CPD and support, a collaborative Trust network with Bridge Academy Trust, and opportunities to engage with partner schools.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint 2 Learning Support Assistants to join our school.

You will have a passion for children's learning and early development, will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that all children make good progress based on their starting points.

If you are passionate about learning and teaching and able to display a commitment to inclusive practices, we would love to hear from you.We offer excellent CPD and support for all staff, and work within a strong network of partner schools within Bridge Academy Trust.Visits to the school are encouraged as this will give you an opportunity to learn more about our school and decide whether this is the right place for you.
