We are a welcoming and inclusive Primary School located in the heart of Ongar, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children across a range of abilities and needs, working closely with class teachers and our SENCO.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
· Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
· Support pupils social and emotional development
· Work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children

The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
· Show empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
· Be confident supporting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
· Hold a relevant qualification ( Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning) – desirable but not essential
· Be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
