Job summary

Kennel Lane School in Bracknell is seeking Learning Support Assistants to join our caring team. The roles are full-time, term-time positions with 32.5 hours per week, supporting with a range of school activities and learner engagement.

Start date from 1 October 2026 with interviews from 1 October 2026. Employment is with Corvus Learning Trust, with safeguarding checks required, including enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

  • Varied working environment supporting activities such as sensory circuits, class-based support, cleaning spaces, supervising breaks, personal care and engaging learners in PE.
  • Walking at least 30 minutes to support learners with community links activities.
  • Following Behaviour Management procedures to manage dysregulated learners.
  • Working flexibly across the school with all age ranges.
  • Work flexibly across the school with learners of all ages.

  • Hours: 32.5 hours. Mon’/Tues’: 08.40 -16.10, Weds’ : 08.40 -15.40 & Thurs’/Fri’: 08.40-15.10.

We are looking for engaging and caring individuals to join our school, full time, as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) working in a nurturing and caring environment.

What to expect
  • A varied working environment supporting with a range of activities such as, but not limited to; sensory circuits, class-based support, cleaning spaces, supervising breaks, personal care and engaging learners in PE.
  • Supporting with a range of off-site activities and trips; please note that you will be required to walk for at least 30 min. supporting our learners with community links activities.
  • Following the school Behaviour Management procedures to manage dysregulated learners.
  • Working flexibly across the school with all age ranges.
