Job summary

TLTP Education is recruiting two experienced Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Aveley (Essex). The LSAs will work in a Year 1 classroom supporting pupils with high levels of SEND, including ASD and speech and language difficulties, while providing general classroom assistance.

Ideal candidates will have prior primary school experience, confidence with SEND and communication needs, and a patient, nurturing approach. Long-term commitment is sought.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Confident supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD.
• Experience or confidence supporting pupils with speech and language difficulties.

A leading education recruitment agency is currently looking for 2 experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming primary school in Aveley.

The successful candidates will work within a Year 1 classroom, supporting pupils with high levels of SEND, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and speech and language difficulties, while also providing general classroom support.

The Role

As an LSA, you will:
