Job summary

TipTopJob in Aveley, Essex, is recruiting two Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Aveley. You will support a Year 1 class, providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, including ASD and speech and language difficulties.

The role focuses on helping pupils access learning, participating positively in classroom activities, and contributing to a calm, inclusive environment as part of a wider team. A long-term commitment is required.
