As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support our teachers by taking a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, maximising pupils' achievement, and fostering development.

Qualifications include being educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English. The ideal candidate will be calm, engaging, resilient, team-oriented, and genuinely motivated to help pupils reach their potential.
