Job summary

Complete Classroom Services is currently recruiting a motivated Learning Support Assistant to work within a primary school in Luton, offering daily pay up to £105 PAYE. Umbrella option available and immediate start.

The role focuses on supporting pupils with learning activities, promoting inclusion, and helping children develop confidence in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is advantageous.
• A positive, patient and flexible attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, subject to safeguarding requirements.
