Job summary

Alcester Grammar School in Alcester, England, is seeking a dedicated staff member to support young people to achieve their full potential. The role is part-time, term-time only, 32.5 hours per week, 190 days per year, with hours 8.40am to 3.40pm and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Starting salary £20,077.79 per annum (Band B, Point 7), with annual increments to the top of the scale at Point 11, subject to the school's pay policy.

Job description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential. You will work as part of a small, friendly and supportive team alongside experienced teachers and support staff.

The starting salary for this role is £20,077.79 per annum (Band B, Point 7), with annual increments available to the top of the scale at Point 11, subject to the school's pay policy. This is a part-time, term-time only role, working 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) during AGS term time (190 days per year). Working hours are 8.40am to 3.40pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. You will not be required to work during school holidays and will receive 5.6 weeks' holiday pay per year (including bank holidays), which is included in the salary stated above. Salary is paid in twelve equal monthly instalments.
