We are looking for a Learning Support and SEND Practitioner to join our team on a casual basis, supporting learners on our 16-19 Study Programme in Kettering. This role will primarily involve working with young people who may be at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and/or who may have additional learning needs, SEND, social, emotional or behavioral support requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping learners engage with their studies, develop confidence and independence, and progress towards positive future outcomes.
