A welcoming and inclusive specialist school in the heart of Devizes is currently seeking a passionate Learning Supervisor to support students aged 11 to 16. This is a part-time role, running from 8.50am to 3.10pm, offering the opportunity to work closely with young people who have physical disabilities and autism. What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with autism and physical disabilities in both classroom and social settings

Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support and maintain inclusive learning experiences

Helping to manage routines, encourage independence, and provide consistent emotional and academic guidance

Adapting communication and behaviour strategies to meet individual needs effectively
