The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales, services teams, and external partners. We leverage learning best practices and Google’s priorities to create effective learning experiences.
As a Learning Specialist, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of enablement programs worldwide for Google’s Workspace solutions. You will utilize data and design thinking to craft multi-modal learning experiences that drive business results, collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, enablement, and learning teams to ensure effective execution aligned with business objectives.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures the smooth operation of Google's Ads business, setting strategy and executing flawlessly across global teams.
The US base salary range is $113,000-$162,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics will be shared during the hiring process. Benefits details are available at Google.
