Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or education related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or graduate degree in Instructional Design or related fields.
  • Learning design or strategy experience in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces.
  • Knowledge of Google ads product suite, promoter tools, and workflows.
  • Excellent business acumen to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans in real-time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, working cross-functionally on cross-product initiatives.
About The Job

The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, and external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences.

As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of enablement programs globally and across all sales/service channels for Google’s Workspace of product solutions. You will use data and design thinking to drive business results through designing and building multi-modal learning experiences. You will join a team that develops and delivers sales skills, business knowledge, and product enablement initiatives for sales teams and product enablement to our customer-facing teams including sales, customer engineers, and professional services. You will focus on building a learner-centered strategy and driving impact by working closely with stakeholders across product, sales, service, marketing, enablement, and learning to secure buy-in for learning solutions that support front-line sales products and capabilities learning needs. You will ensure proper landing and execution of product and business knowledge programs globally that support high-priority business objectives and enable individual growth.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We set go-to-market strategy and ensure flawless execution and operations against this strategy. Our teams are embedded in major Ads business areas and work across the business globally. We are analytical, strategic, and pragmatic in execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more during the hiring process.

  • Create effective learning experiences for a global audience, utilizing appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities.
  • Manage complex projects, including scoping, prioritization, timelines, and resourcing, ensuring alignment with business and learner needs.
  • Analyze data, business drivers, and metrics to identify improvement areas and optimize content and delivery.
