The Sales Learning Solutions Partner is a proactive business development, sales, and engagement role. Focused on delivering revenue and growth targets across a range of Babington’s product portfolio, supporting employers and learners to Develop Better Futures.
This role is all about consultative selling and building meaningful relationships with clients. Your success will come from identifying new clients/employers within a defined market industry sector and/or geography, of all sizes, cultivating relationships, and developing sales opportunities across our portfolio of learning solutions, including funded apprenticeships and commercial professional qualifications.
You would have experience in commercial sales, recruitment, or marketing where lead generation, cultivation, and conversion are key. You’ll have a successful, consultative selling approach gained from a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) environment.
You’ll thrive in a target-driven commercial environment where delivering a high level of service and satisfaction is the norm. You will enjoy working collaboratively in teams whilst also being a highly motivated self-starter.
