If yes, then look no further! As an organisation, we pride ourselves on delivering robust training programmes across a range of professional sectors. To help grow our learner base, we are looking for Sales Learning Solutions Partners to build and manage a portfolio of clients.

About the role

The Sales Learning Solutions Partner is a proactive business development, sales, and engagement role. Focused on delivering revenue and growth targets across a range of Babington’s product portfolio, supporting employers and learners to develop better futures.

This role involves consultative selling and building meaningful relationships with clients. Success will come from identifying new clients/employers within a defined market sector and/or geography, cultivating relationships, and developing sales opportunities across our learning solutions, including funded apprenticeships and professional qualifications.

About you

You should have experience in commercial sales, recruitment, or marketing where lead generation, cultivation, and conversion are key. You’ll have a successful, consultative selling approach from a B2B and B2C environment.

You’ll thrive in a target-driven environment, delivering high service and satisfaction. You will enjoy working collaboratively and also be a motivated self-starter.
