The Opportunity

Primary Objectives:

Providing development support across the firm aligned to firm strategy.

Key Internal Relationships:

Core L&OD Adviser duties
  • Project management of training programmes, including liaising with delegates and speakers, communicating with stakeholders, utilizing the firm's learning management system, and preparing evaluations, data, and reports.
  • Assist L&OD managers in conducting training needs analyses.
  • Support the design, re-design, and delivery of development interventions, including researching topics and preparing drafts of learning resources.
  • Deliver training and facilitate sessions both online and in-person; act as a producer for online development programmes.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials, communications, and reports.
  • Manage costs and delivery agreements with external suppliers.
  • Serve as a key contact for development-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Organisational Development projects
  • Support design and implementation of OD projects and change management initiatives, such as leadership development and digital adoption.
  • Conduct research to understand organizational needs and monitor market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement change initiatives successfully.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of interventions.
Clients
  • Support delivery of L&OD interventions for key clients, including needs analysis, design, delivery, and liaising with client contacts and BD colleagues.
Other Duties
  • Assist with the L&OD budget process.
  • Support team development through feedback, delegation, and mentoring.
  • Provide cover for team members during absences.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Effective design and delivery of development interventions.
  • Collaboration within the global team.
  • Efficient process management for programmes and projects.
  • Development of subject matter expertise.
  • Effective facilitation and delivery skills.
  • Monitoring of the L&OD budget.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience in programme management and L&OD content delivery in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and support decision-making.
  • Training and facilitation experience.
  • Coaching skills and qualifications are desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and learning management systems.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to work in an international, dispersed team.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
