Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS to Secondary with various learning needs in South East London. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to foster a positive learning environment and help pupils overcome challenges.

This role offers Monday to Friday hours 8:20am to 3:45pm with a daily rate of £85-£100, and a chance to make a lasting impact in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young people in education or youth settings.
• Ability to manage challenging emotions or trauma.
• Commitment to 4-5 days per week, 8:20am-3:45pm.
