Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils' social, emotional and behavioural needs in a school setting.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils, families and staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to individual pupils and small groups.
• Support attendance, punctuality and engagement with learning.
• Deliver intervention programmes for emotional wellbeing and resilience.
• Monitor pupil progress and maintain records.
• Liaise with families and external agencies where appropriate.
• Promote safeguarding and pupil welfare.
