Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Learning Mentor in Bodmin to support students re-engaging with education through community-based learning and targeted interventions.

You will work with young people facing SEMH/SEN challenges, collaborating with parents, social workers and local agencies to deliver tailored pastoral support in both Primary and Secondary settings. A full UK driving license and local transport are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
• Experience working with SEMH, SEN or vulnerable youth is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, patience and empathy with strong behaviour management.
