Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and management for the Foundation and King's Trust curriculum across SEND, Independence, Personal Development and Employability pathways.
• Design and deliver high-quality, inclusive curriculum meeting student, employer and sector needs.
• Take ownership of student experience, quality, safeguarding and compliance, representing the college with integrity.
• Undertake teaching responsibilities commensurate with the level of the post as agreed for the curriculum area.
