With a focus on safeguarding, quality and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with staff, employers and partners to create exceptional learning experiences and prepare learners for life and work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering FE/SEND teaching
• Track record of strong learner outcomes in FE
• Experience coaching and developing staff
• Curriculum planning, delivery and review experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Foundation and King’s Trust curricula
• Design and deliver inclusive, responsive curriculum
• Lead staff, ensure safeguarding and compliance
• Coordinate timetabling, staffing and resources within budgets
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with employers and partners for meaningful engagement
• Promote high attendance and learner progression
• Foster a high-performance staff culture
